The global Disposal Tire Recycling market is witnessing an unprecedented surge, driven by stringent environmental regulations and the shift toward a circular economy. Millions of tons of waste tires are generated annually, previously known as "Black Pollution." Today, advanced tire pyrolysis technology has transformed these liabilities into high-value assets like fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire.
Modern recycling has evolved from simple mechanical shredding to thermal chemical conversion. Manufacturers are now focusing on continuous pyrolysis plants that offer higher efficiency, lower labor costs, and superior safety profiles compared to traditional batch systems. This evolution meets the massive processing demands of industrial zones worldwide.
As a leading Disposal Tire Recycling Manufacturer, we observe key trends shaping the industry's future:
Enterprise-level buyers no longer look just for "cheap" machines. The trend is moving toward Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), where durability, automation, and environmental compliance determine the long-term profitability of a tire recycling facility.
Focusing on waste-to-energy and waste tire pyrolysis technology, Huayuan Tech was founded in 1968. With over five decades of engineering excellence, we have evolved from a local workshop into a global powerhouse.
Our company covers a massive area of 209,335 square meters, with a specialized plant area of 98,680 square meters. We employ more than 500 professionals, where engineering and technical personnel account for 34% of the total workforce.
We hold national A-class boilers and A2-class pressure vessel manufacturing licenses. Our systems are certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and the prestigious United States ASME certification.
Beyond manufacturing, we provide thermal equipment system integration, contract energy management, and investment/financing consulting, ensuring a turnkey solution for global partners.
Global procurement needs vary by region. As a professional Disposal Tire Recycling Manufacturer, we customize our plants to fit local environments:
Ideal for regions with high rubber production. Our plants convert waste tires into fuel oil for local industries like textile mills and brick kilns, reducing energy import costs.
Focusing on high-purity Recovered Carbon Black (rCB). Our continuous systems meet strict emission standards and help companies gain carbon credits.
Focusing on energy independence. We provide robust, easy-to-maintain equipment that operates efficiently in harsh climates, providing a steady source of industrial fuel.
Waste tire pyrolysis is a thermochemical process that decomposes the organic matter in tires at high temperatures in an oxygen-free atmosphere. As an expert manufacturer, we utilize indirect heating methods to ensure safety and quality. The process begins with tire pretreatment, where tires are shredded into blocks or powder. This feedstock is then fed into the reactor. Our Continuous Screw Pyrolysis Plants allow for non-stop feeding and discharging, which is a significant leap from traditional batch reactors that require cooling down between cycles.
The vapor produced during heating passes through a multi-stage cooling system. Condensable gases turn into Pyrolysis Oil, while non-condensable gases are scrubbed and returned to the furnace as a clean energy source. The residual solid, comprising carbon black and steel wire, is separated and processed. Our Recovered Carbon Black Refining Plants further upgrade the carbon black to industrial grade, making it suitable for plastic masterbatches or rubber reinforcement. This high-tech approach ensures that no part of the waste tire goes to waste, fulfilling the promise of a zero-waste industrial cycle.
Safety is our cornerstone. With our Class-A boiler manufacturing license and D1/D2 pressure vessel design certificates, we incorporate automatic pressure relief valves, explosion-proof devices, and sophisticated alarm systems. The integration of ASME certification standards means our equipment meets the highest safety criteria required in the US and EU markets, giving our clients the reliability and peace of mind they need for long-term operations.
