Deep Dive: The Pyrolysis Process and Technology

Waste tire pyrolysis is a thermochemical process that decomposes the organic matter in tires at high temperatures in an oxygen-free atmosphere. This feedstock is then fed into the reactor. The vapor produced during heating passes through a multi-stage cooling system. Condensable gases turn into Pyrolysis Oil, while non-condensable gases are scrubbed and returned to the furnace as a clean energy source. The residual solid, comprising carbon black and steel wire, is separated and processed. Our Recovered Carbon Black Refining Plants further upgrade the carbon black to industrial grade, making it suitable for plastic masterbatches or rubber reinforcement.
