Cheap Continuous screw pyrolysis plant Manufacturers, Factory

Continuous screw reactor is for 24/7 non-stop processing waste tyres into fuel oil and carbon black. It is also called auger-driven reactor. Besides pushing the feedstock to move forward, the coking of reactor can be cleaned by the auger. Due to continuous feeding and discharge system, the continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant can keep working without stop, thus to save energy and time. Also DCL control system makes much less labour cost.

Product introduction of continuous screw pyrolysis plant

Continuous screw pyrolysis plant includes waste tyre pretreatment system (shredder and crusher), continuous pyrolysis system with continuous feeding and discharge system controlled by PLC system, RCB refining system. The main part is the continuous pyrolysis system. Continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant is for processing waste tyres into fuel oil and carbon black for recycle use. Due to continuous feeding and discharge system, the continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant can keep working without stop, thus to save energy and time. Also PLC control system makes much less labour cost.

Working process of industrial continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant

To keep continuous feeding and discharge system, it requires the waste tyres should be in small size. So before continuous pyrolysis process, the waste tires should be shredded into small pieces. And to avoid the steel wire mix with carbon black after pyrolysis process which is difficult to separate, it is better to remove the steel wire from waste tires at first.

3D Structure & Process Flow

01
Shred waste tire: Shred tires to blocks (<10-15cm). Different shredders are used for OTR, Truck, and Passenger tires to ensure long life span. Thick tread wire is removed here.
02
Crushing System: Crush the blocks into tire powder (10mesh to 2mm), removing remaining steel wire.
03
Continuous Pyrolysis: Powder enters the reactor system to be pyrolyzed into oil gas. Cooling systems convert gas to liquid oil, while residues (carbon black) are pushed to the discharge system.
04
Carbon Black Refining: Milled to fine powder (300-1000mesh), made into rcb pellets, and dried for industrial use.

Main advantages of the system:

  • Continuous screw reactor: Features a coking clean system for longer running times.
  • Advanced Sealing: Adopts liquid film seal parts to prevent oil gas leakage.
  • Fully Automatic: PLC controlled, requiring only 1-2 workers.
  • High Oil Output: Unique screw design ensures full pyrolysis.
  • Large Capacity: Processes 10 tons to 100 tons per day.
  • Long Life Span: Indirect hot air heating prevents reactor damage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can be processed in the continuous pyrolysis plant?
The system can process various waste tires, including car tires, truck tires, OTR tires, motorcycle tires, as well as waste plastics and rubber materials.
What are the main end-products of the pyrolysis process?
The primary outputs are high-quality fuel oil and carbon black. If steel wire is not removed beforehand, it can also be recovered after the process.
How many workers are required to operate the plant?
Thanks to the fully automatic PLC control system and continuous feeding/discharge mechanism, the plant typically only requires 1 to 2 workers per shift.
What is the daily processing capacity of these plants?
We offer different models with capacities ranging from 20 tons per day (20T/D) up to 50 tons per day (50T/D) or more, depending on the configuration.
How does the continuous system save energy?
Unlike batch systems, the continuous plant does not need to be cooled down and reheated for every cycle. This constant temperature maintenance significantly reduces fuel consumption and saves time.
Is the reactor durable for long-term use?
Yes, the reactor uses indirect hot air heating which minimizes direct fire damage. Combined with the removal of hard steel wires before pyrolysis, the working life of the reactor is greatly extended.
