The core of our high-quality at home plastic recycling systems lies in the controlled thermal decomposition of organic materials in the absence of oxygen. Unlike incineration, which releases harmful dioxins and CO2, pyrolysis occurs in a sealed, oxygen-free environment. This process preserves the chemical energy of the plastic, transforming it into Pyrolysis Oil (Bio-oil), which can be refined into diesel or used directly in industrial burners.

Our continuous screw pyrolysis plants and electrical heating systems represent the pinnacle of modern waste-to-energy engineering. By utilizing electrical heating, we achieve precise temperature control, essential for processing various grades of plastic such as HDPE, LDPE, and PP. This precision prevents the formation of unwanted byproducts and ensures a high yield of light oil fraction.

Furthermore, our recovered carbon black refining plants allow for the upgrading of solid residues into industrial-grade carbon black, used in rubber manufacturing or as a pigment. This completes the "Circular Economy" loop, where every gram of waste plastic is accounted for and repurposed.
