High-Quality Commercial Tire Recycling Manufacturers & Factories

Leading the Global Transition to a Circular Economy with Advanced Waste-to-Energy Pyrolysis Technology Since 1968.

Global Landscape of Commercial Tire Recycling

Transforming Environmental Liabilities into Profitable Assets

The global commercial tire recycling industry is currently undergoing a massive paradigm shift. With over 1.5 billion tires reaching their end-of-life annually, the traditional methods of landfilling or stockpiling are no longer viable due to severe environmental risks and tightening government regulations. Today, the industry is moving toward Advanced Thermal Conversion (Pyrolysis), a process that decomposes waste tires in an oxygen-free environment to produce valuable commodities: fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and combustible gas.

Market Insight: The global waste tire recycling market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 4.5% through 2030, driven by the "Circular Economy" initiatives in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

Future Trends in Tire Recycling Technology

Innovation-Driven Solutions for a Greener Tomorrow

Fully Continuous Automation

The industry is moving away from batch processing to fully continuous systems. This allows for 24/7 operation, higher throughput, and significantly lower labor costs, maximizing the ROI for large-scale commercial plants.

AI-Integrated Monitoring

Modern factories now utilize AI and IoT sensors to monitor temperature, pressure, and emission levels in real-time. This ensures safety and optimizes the chemical reaction for the highest quality oil output.

Carbon Black Upgrading

Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) is no longer a waste byproduct. Advanced refining plants can now process rCB into high-grade industrial fillers used in new tire manufacturing, plastics, and coatings.

The Science of High-Quality Pyrolysis

Pyrolysis is a thermochemical decomposition of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen. In our commercial tire recycling plants, this process is refined to maximize the yield of high-value products.

The Process Flow:

  1. Pre-treatment: Tires are shredded into blocks or powder to increase surface area and ensure uniform heating.
  2. Feeding: An automated screw conveyor feeds the material into the reactor, maintaining a vacuum seal.
  3. Heating: The reactor is heated using fuel or electricity. Once the internal temperature reaches 250°C-400°C, the rubber begins to vaporize.
  4. Condensation: Oil gas passes through a cooling system where it condenses into liquid fuel oil. Non-condensable gases are recycled back to heat the reactor, making the system energy-efficient.
  5. Discharge: Carbon black and steel wire are automatically discharged and separated.
"Our technology ensures a zero-waste process, where every gram of the waste tire is converted into a usable resource."
