High-Quality Environmental Tire Recycling Suppliers & Factory

Pioneering Waste-to-Energy Solutions with Advanced Pyrolysis Technology Since 1968

The Global Landscape of Environmental Tire Recycling

The global community is currently facing a monumental environmental challenge: the management of end-of-life tires (ELTs). Over 1.5 billion tires are discarded annually worldwide. Historically, these tires ended up in landfills or were stockpiled, posing significant fire hazards and becoming breeding grounds for disease-carrying pests. However, as Environmental Tire Recycling evolves into a critical pillar of the global circular economy, the focus has shifted from mere disposal to high-value resource recovery.

Today's market trends are driven by stringent environmental regulations and the rising demand for sustainable energy. Industrialized nations in Europe and North America are mandating 100% recovery rates, while emerging economies in Asia and South America are rapidly adopting Waste-to-Energy (WTE) frameworks. The primary procurement demand has moved beyond simple shredding to advanced pyrolysis technology, which converts waste tires into pyrolysis oil, combustible gas, and recovered carbon black (rCB).

Sustainability Compliance

Meeting global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards is no longer optional for industrial manufacturers.

Energy Independence

Pyrolysis oil serves as a vital alternative fuel, reducing reliance on traditional fossil fuel imports for many nations.

Carbon Credit Economy

Modern recycling plants generate carbon credits, providing a new stream of revenue for eco-conscious enterprises.

Heritage of Innovation: Huayuan Tech Since 1968

Focusing on waste to energy and waste tire pyrolysis technology, Huayuan Tech was founded in 1968. With over five decades of industrial excellence, we have established ourselves as a benchmark in the environmental engineering sector.

Our infrastructure is a testament to our manufacturing capacity: the company covers an area of 209,335 square meters, with a dedicated plant area of 98,680 square meters. We employ more than 500 professionals, where engineering and technical personnel account for 34% of our workforce. This high concentration of expertise ensures that every project we undertake is backed by rigorous scientific analysis and professional engineering.

As a leading High-Quality Environmental Tire Recycling Supplier, we hold national A-class boilers and A2-class pressure vessel manufacturing licenses, alongside D1D2 pressure vessel design certificates. This level of certification is rare and signifies our authoritative status in high-pressure system manufacturing.

The Future of Industrial Pyrolysis: Trends to Watch

The Environmental Tire Recycling industry is transitioning from batch processing to fully continuous automation. This shift is driven by the need for higher throughput, lower energy consumption, and consistent product quality. Global procurement managers now prioritize "Continuous Feed" systems over traditional batch reactors because they offer:

  • Stable Thermal Control: Maintaining a steady temperature profile prevents the formation of unwanted byproducts and ensures high-quality oil output.
  • Advanced Emission Control: Modern factories must integrate desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal systems to meet international air quality standards.
  • Automation & AI Integration: Real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, and flow rates via PLC systems minimizes human error and maximizes safety.

Localized application scenarios vary. In Southeast Asia, the demand is heavy for "Rubber Powder as Feedstock" systems to fuel local manufacturing. In Europe, the focus is on "Recovered Carbon Black Refining" to supply the high-end automotive tire industry with recycled materials. In North America, the emphasis is on "Solid Waste to Energy" to offset rising municipal disposal costs.

We have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 three-system certification and the prestigious United States ASME certification. This ensures our pressure vessels and boilers meet the highest global safety standards.

Full Lifecycle Service

From development and manufacturing to sales, consulting services, and thermal equipment system integration, we provide a turnkey solution. Our contract energy management and financing options help reduce the initial CAPEX for our clients.

Technical Dominance

With an A-class boiler manufacturing license, we are among the elite manufacturers capable of producing high-efficiency boilers that power the pyrolysis process, ensuring maximum energy recovery from waste heat.

The Science Behind Our Technology

Our Continuous Pyrolysis Plants utilize a proprietary screw feeding mechanism and a rotary kiln design that ensures uniform heating. By breaking down the long-chain polymers in rubber at temperatures between 400°C and 600°C in an oxygen-free environment, we prevent combustion and instead facilitate thermal decomposition. This results in:

1. Pyrolysis Oil (40-45%): A high-calorific value liquid fuel that can be used directly in industrial furnaces or refined further into diesel-like fuel using our Oil Refining Plants.

2. Recovered Carbon Black (30-35%): Through our Carbon Black Refining Plant, we produce rCB that can be reused in rubber manufacturing, plastics, and pigments.

3. Synthesis Gas (10-15%): Non-condensable gases are recycled back into the furnace as fuel, making the entire system highly energy-efficient.

4. Steel Wire (10-15%): High-quality steel is separated and sold directly to smelters for recycling.
