Our machines are versatile and can process PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PS (polystyrene), and mixed plastic waste. However, PVC and PET are generally not recommended in high concentrations due to the production of hydrochloric acid and low oil yields respectively. We provide pre-sorting consultation to optimize your feedstock.
The yield depends on the plastic type. Pure PP or PE can yield up to 80-90% oil, while mixed municipal plastics typically yield between 40% and 60%. Our reactors are designed to maximize this yield through precise temperature gradients.
