Premium screw running thermal processing machinery engineered to process waste tire chips into high-yield energy products.
Muharraq, Bahrain's historic gate and crucial industrial hub—including key zones like the Hidd Industrial Area—is encountering rapid urbanization and manufacturing growth. As the Kingdom steps up its environmental conservation efforts under the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, dealing with end-of-life tires (ELTs) has shifted from simple landfill management to modern resource recovery.
Our continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant featuring the screw running model offers a reliable and efficient alternative to traditional batch-type systems. This system runs continuously, feeding tire chips directly through a high-precision screw mechanism to prevent air ingress and keep volatile organic compounds securely contained. By localizing this system for Muharraq operators, we help convert municipal and industrial tire waste into high-quality tire pyrolysis oil (TPO), raw carbon black, and combustible gases.
Our plants are designed for the high-ambient-temperature, coastal saline environment of Muharraq. Standard optimizations include:
A closer look at the advanced continuous horizontal pyrolysis chamber that delivers higher uptime, improved safety, and stable oil outputs.
Unlike batch pyrolysis, which requires cooling and opening the reactor to discharge char, the screw running model uses a horizontal internal conveying system. Shredded tire blocks (5-10cm) or rubber powder are fed continuously through a dual-valve airtight feeder. The internal conveying screw moves the material forward at a controlled rate, ensuring uniform heat distribution and complete thermal depolymerization.
The heating system operates on an indirect heating principle. Flue gas circulates within a jacketed space surrounding the reactor core, preventing open flames from coming into direct contact with the processing material. Digital PLC systems monitor multiple thermal zones, maintaining optimal cracking temperatures between 400°C and 450°C to maximize oil output and quality.
The carbon black byproduct is discharged continuously at high temperatures through an internal cooling screw. Dual-seal water-jacketed dischargers cool the carbon black to below 80°C before packaging, preventing dust pollution and auto-ignition. This clean, continuous operation significantly reduces labor requirements.

Over the past five decades, the company has grown into a major manufacturer covering an area of 209,335 square meters, with a modern plant area of 98,680 square meters.
We employ more than 500 workers, with engineering and technical personnel accounting for 34% of our team. Huayuan Tech holds a national A-class boiler manufacturing license, an A2-class pressure vessel manufacturing license, and a D1D2 pressure vessel design certificate. Our pressure piping installation licenses and ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 certifications ensure reliable manufacturing standards. Our equipment is built to meet international standards, including ASME compliance.
We provide a complete range of design, manufacturing, sales, consulting services, thermal equipment system integration, contract energy management, investment, and financing options for waste recovery operators in Muharraq and globally.
Our journey of technical innovation and scaling industrial waste-to-energy equipment since 1968.
Initially, Huayuan Technology developed boiler technology in several factory workshops.
Restructured as Linyi County Boiler Manufacturing and Repair Factory, under the jurisdiction of Linyi County Industrial Bureau.
Renamed Linyi Boiler Factory, merged with Linyi Auto Parts Factory, and relocated to 373 Tongda Road.
Restructured into Linyi Boiler Co., Ltd., focusing on heavy-duty industrial heat exchangers.
Restructuring laid the groundwork for modern corporate management and accelerated R&D systems.
Obtained national A-level boiler manufacturing license and ISO system certifications. Began production of batch model waste tire pyrolysis plants.
Relocated to a new factory covering 220 acres in Zaoyuan Town Industrial Park. Initiated development on continuous pyrolysis systems.
Successfully developed the screw running model continuous pyrolysis plant. Obtained American ASME certification, accelerating global distribution.
Committed to our corporate vision: "doing energy conservation and emission reduction, making the sky bluer, the earth greener, and the water cleaner."
Providing compliant engineering solutions for thermal recovery operations in Bahrain and international markets.

We leverage a complete design and manufacturing pipeline to deliver integrated pyrolysis systems. By matching high-efficiency boilers with horizontal reactors, we enable local operators in Muharraq to run self-sustaining processing plants. Combustible gases generated during pyrolysis are recycled back to heat the reactor, lowering operational costs and emissions.
Whether managing urban tire scrap in Hidd or processing oil sludge from regional industrial facilities, our equipment is built to meet environmental requirements, with dust removal, flue gas scrubbers, and carbon black processing systems included.
How our main factory's manufacturing process benefits your project in Muharraq.
By producing our own boilers, pressure vessels, and processing drums in-house, we reduce reliance on external suppliers. This integrated approach ensures consistent quality control and helps maintain stable delivery timelines.
Every reactor weld undergoes ultrasonic and radiographic non-destructive testing (NDT). Our pressure vessels are tested to exceed operating pressures, ensuring long-term structural integrity in demanding thermal environments.
Our packaging processes protect structural steel, motors, and PLC systems during maritime shipping. We coordinate transit routes from Chinese ports to Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP) in Bahrain to ensure smooth delivery.

Clear, direct technical answers regarding project installation, efficiency, safety, and output values.
To ensure steady movement and avoid mechanical blockages within the reactor, the feed material should ideally consist of wire-free tire chips or rubber powder sized between 5cm and 10cm. Steel wire should be removed from the raw material before feeding, or shredded tire blocks should be pre-treated to protect the internal conveying screw.
Our systems include multi-stage gas cleaners, sulfur scrubbers, and bag dust collectors designed to meet local emission limits. We provide technical documentation and support to assist with environmental approvals from the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) in Bahrain.
On average, waste passenger or truck tires yield approximately 40% to 45% Pyrolysis Oil (TPO), 30% to 35% Recovered Carbon Black, 10% to 15% Steel Wire (if processing whole or partially shredded tires with steel), and about 8% to 10% combustible synthetic gas, which is reused to fuel the reactor.
Batch plants require cooling down the reactor before discharging carbon black and refilling, which increases fuel consumption and thermal wear. The continuous screw model maintains process heat and operates constantly, offering better fuel efficiency, more consistent oil quality, and higher processing volumes.
Our systems include real-time temperature and pressure monitoring, automated alarm triggers, pressure relief valves, water-sealed gas traps to prevent backflash, and explosion-proof electrical systems. These features conform to national and international pressure vessel design standards.
We supply specialized pyrolysis machinery and auxiliary equipment to support waste-to-energy projects.
