The implementation of the Semi-Continuous Model Pyrolysis Plant (Drum Running Model) provides a highly viable local solution. By utilizing thermal cracking (pyrolysis) under controlled oxygen-free conditions, our drum-running model converts scrap rubber, waste tires, and plastics into valuable pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and syngas, directly addressing both environmental waste challenges and fuel supply gaps.

The rotating drum design ensures uniform heating of feedstock materials, avoiding local overheating or carbon deposition on the reactor walls. This delivers a stable oil yield and extends the lifespan of the pyrolysis reactor to over 8-10 years.
